OutcomeThree production products, three teams, one library I owned through release.
At VONQ I autonomously lead three frontend engineering teams and own delivery of HAPI Elements, JMP, and EQO through UI, API, tests, and production. One Shared Library ships into all three. Partner integrations that used to take years now take weeks.
DetailShared Library
- Shipped one TypeScript shared library into three production products (HAPI Elements, JMP, and EQO) so UI and domain logic released once instead of being forked.
- Owned the library end to end: object-oriented domain modules, state, events, validation, typed API contracts, i18n across 6 locales, and reusable UI, with unit tests as part of each release.
- Led adoption across three frontend engineering teams inside the monorepo so each product consumed the same package boundaries.
HAPI Elements
- Led the HAPI Elements team and owned delivery of the production SDK that lets Applicant Tracking Systems embed the Hiring API (campaigns, contracts, wallets, checkout, order journeys). Cut partner integration timelines from years to weeks.
- Owned the widget UI/UX and the public surface through production: a Next.js 12 Pages Router monorepo with

- Delivered AI-assisted hiring in production: SmartFill, AI product recommendations, AI translation, and product search filter recommendations.
JMP Job Marketing Platform
- Led the JMP team and owned the recruiter Job Marketing SaaS through production, coordinating release with HAPI Elements and EQO.
- Migrated the day-to-day recruiter product from React JavaScript and PropTypes to TypeScript on the Shared Library and released it to recruiters. Owned quality through review and production release.
EQO
- Led the EQO team and delivered an AI recruiter MVP to recruiters and candidates on the Shared Library.
- Owned the hiring flow in production: n8n, Node.js, and LangChain parse CVs and job descriptions into embeddings stored in Pinecone, retrieve them with RAG, score the match, and generate knockout and interview questions as a multi-agent pipeline.
- Instrumented LLM observability from parse to embed to retrieve to score so latency and failures are measured rather than guessed.
- Shipped the candidate UI: live-chat job application, a Retell live avatar for voice and chat interviews, a recalculated score, and a PDF feedback dossier.
- Shipped an ElevenLabs recruiter assistant for candidate sourcing, application assessment, and job publishing, and embedded HAPI Elements for job advertising.
FriendFinder Networks — Member Platform & Broadcaster Dashboard
OutcomeMember site and broadcaster tools, owned through tests and production.
I led 10+ engineers across both streams on a live streaming and messaging platform with tens of millions of registered users and hundreds of affiliate sites, with Jest / Enzyme and Storybook shipped as part of release.

- Led the member platform stream across 10+ engineers and multiple time zones and owned the member product through production.
- Delivered live streaming and messaging to the member site and hundreds of affiliate sites: React and TypeScript UI, Node.js services on Kubernetes, and WebRTC / WebSockets, with Jest / Enzyme unit tests and Storybook as part of release.
- Shipped a mobile and desktop player UI with adaptive layouts, multi-zone gestures, and graceful degradation for older mobile browsers.
- Owned reusable modules (Messaging, ThemeManager, APIFacade, AxiosBridge, LayoutManager, Media Viewer) shipped into the main site and dependent apps, and completed the JavaScript to TypeScript migration in production.
Broadcaster Dashboard
- Led the broadcaster dashboard stream and shipped broadcaster tools to production on the shared library.
- Replaced the AngularJS broadcast path with a React and Node module (WebRTC, WebSockets, Wowza, and Nanoplayer) so models could go live without the legacy stack.
- Shipped Media Manager so models manage broadcasts, media, and live sessions from one UI, with Storybook and Jest / Enzyme guarding reuse across products.
HeyArray — US jewelry ecommerce
OutcomeOwned a live jewelry store from catalog and checkout through operations.
I owned heyarray.com through production: storefront and admin UI, NestJS API, Shopify sync, Stripe, shipping, and an in-product CRM. Three tools the operators had reconciled by hand became one product they ran daily.
Detail- Owned the live ecommerce product for a US jewelry brand (heyarray.com) end to end: catalog, checkout, orders, and admin UI through a NestJS API and Next.js, delivered to production.
- Kept Shopify and the first-party backend consistent under live traffic with two-way sync of products, inventory, orders, and customers.
- Moved HubSpot CRM into an in-product admin panel and shipped Stripe payments plus shipping and fulfillment so operations ran in one system.
eTasin — booking & logistics platform
OutcomeShipped the booking product customers use to reserve a move and storage.
I owned the public UI and the Node.js API through production: scheduling, origin and destination, inventory, and storage duration. Phone-and-paper booking gave way to a self-service channel customers ran themselves.

TDSmaker — drag-and-drop datasheet platform
OutcomeTurned the datasheet builder into a paid product customers could run.
I owned the builder UI, the Node.js API, billing, and release, including the npm package used to deploy it.
Detail- Owned the paid datasheet SaaS end to end: rewrote the drag-and-drop builder from jQuery to AngularJS and the Node.js / MongoDB API (RBAC, billing, support tooling, and 10+ integrations including Stripe and Algolia) and released it to customers.

How I think about enterprise-scale problems — the system-level reasoning a recruiter would otherwise have to guess at.
- Architecture exists to serve business velocity, not the other way around.
- Build the substrate first: one component system, many product surfaces.
- Tech debt is a credit card; refactor before interest compounds.
- Observability and recoverability beat heroics.
- Documentation is part of the product; if it is not written down, it does not exist.
- AI is a force multiplier for engineers who already know the shape of the system, not a substitute for one. Slop is a workflow problem, not a model problem.
- Small models with rich context beat large models with shallow prompts. The engineer's job is to compress the system's shape into the prompt, not to outsource judgment.
- Instruct, constrain, review. Architecture is the context; AI is the executor.

Self-taught across the full stack; absorbed multiple paradigms, languages, and runtimes by shipping production systems in each. I treat every new domain as a vocabulary to internalize — currently AI agent orchestration, humane organizational design, and durable knowledge systems.
The advantage of an autodidact path at this stage is range — production-grade depth across many languages, frameworks, databases, and product domains, plus the agency to assimilate disparate paradigms on demand.
